Cultivate & Co. Homes are an elevated take on the modern “spec home” as they integrate refined thoughtful details and masterful finish selections. Founded by two interior designers, the company approaches homebuilding with a holistic mindset—considering everything from layout to lighting to create spaces that feel both elevated and livable.

The challenge was to develop a brand identity that felt timeless yet modern, neutral and richly textural—mirroring the thoughtful design of their homes. Our team created a cohesive visual system, including logo, logotype, typography, color palette, branded photography, and the video for their website.

Elegant typefaces, warm earth tones, and an emphasis on white space evoke sophistication and calm. Texture plays a central role in the identity, with natural materials like handmade pottery, dried florals, and textured paper incorporated into visual assets across print and digital platforms.
